RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all mask purchases on our site are non-returnable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges. Exchange shipping in the U.S. is free, just EMAIL US to request a pre-paid return SHIPPing label and make sure the items are clean! We reserve the right to reject returns that smell or are otherwise unsanitary.
Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to process once the item has been received in our warehouse.
